Support Fran’s Conditions of Confinement legislation

Fran is proud to cosponsor a new set of bills called the Conditions of Confinement, which would guarantee human rights and basic necessities for people within Wisconsin’s prison system.

This legislative package would improve transparency and oversight within correctional facilities, provide free services like video calls and goods like menstrual products to incarcerated people, and require outdoor access, sunlight, and hot showers.
